Please note:

* Nurses are volunteering their time.

* Nurses With Purpose will coordinate following: Airfare, primitive to moderate housing and 2 meals per day. Coordination and cost of visa application (if applicable).

* Nurse will be required to sign a release of liability and responsibility of Nurses With Purpose.

* Employer Sponsorship must be received by NWP no less than 45 days prior to trip departure date.

* Nurses With Purpose will give nurse formal acceptance into the medical mission applied for 60 days prior to departure date.

* Nurse will be provided travelers warnings, flight and lodging information, and contact information for each Medical Mission 30 days prior to departure date.

* Medical Mission opportunities or logistics are subject to change at any time prior to or during trips at the discretion of the Project Manager for reasons up to and including; Cost, security, needs of the community served.
