ONE: Sponsor a Nurse Nurses With A Purpose delivers experienced Registered Nurses, who volunteer their time and offer their services to communities nationally and internationally who do not have adequate health care. We rely on the knowledge, experience, compassion and commitment of our nurses and their sponsors to accomplish this much needed service to humanity. Many of our nurses are sponsored by their employers, but others ask for sponsorship from Nurses With A Purpose. Cost of sponsoring a nurse for an average assignment is $3000. The sponsorship is used for airfare, lodging, food, visa, travelers insurance, ground transportation and vaccinations. 100% of your sponsorship will be used for this purpose. You will receive information about the project and the work the nurse is committed to as well as an update from the nurse upon returning from her assignment.
